● Call: Required - call rotation is 1:5 and call is in-house

● Special Requirements: OB and Regional skills preferred, but facility is willing to train. Neonatal resuscitation certification required either pre-employment or directly after for the OB department. 
● Supervision Model: CRNAs work independently but have backup if needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our growing team in Sugar Land, TX. This is an independent practice role with a 1:5 in-house call schedule, a diverse case mix, and excellent compensation for a CRNA comfortable working autonomously with collaborative support when needed.

Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in Ob and regional cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. 
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
● OB and Regional anesthesia skills are highly preferred, but the facility is willing to train. 
● Provider must acquire neonatal resuscitation certification either pre-employment or directly after for the OB department.
