The Waco Site BTS Lead drives business-IT strategy, digitalization, and solution delivery for manufacturing, packaging, and operations. They develop and maintain the site digitalization roadmap, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and lead initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by enhancing equipment availability, reducing waste, and optimizing cycle times.
They oversee digitalization programs integrated into capital and long-range plans, support continuous operational improvements, and ensure robust, compliant IT solutions that support manufacturing stability.
The role involves mentoring and developing a high-performing team, providing guidance on emerging technologies, and collaborating with global teams to enhance service delivery, cyber security, and data integrity.
Qualifications include extensive industry experience in manufacturing automation, project management, leadership, and familiarity with systems such as ERP, MES, and SCADA, with a background in pharma or life sciences preferred.
