Summary:

Responsible for preparing the dining room for meals by setting tables, folding napkins, providing & refilling condiments, running the sweeper or mopping the floors, keeping pedestals clean. Provides beverage service and serves meals in a courteous & professional manner, and uses the direct bussing system. Knows our residents dietary menu options and takes accurate orders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requires the knowledge of the proper table setting, serving standards and direct bussing system. Knows our residents dietary restrictions and diets and helps our residents to follow said diet. Knows the menu options and takes accurate orders.

B. Education A high school diploma /GED or High School work permit is required.

C. Experience Six months to one year prior experience in food service or dish washing is preferred. D. Certificates / Licenses As required by County / State in which employed
