he placement opportunity includes the following departments and positions: Department: Orientation Position: Orientation Duration: 0.5 month Job Description: You will receive orientation to the company and local community and includes learning about our company’s customers, culture, business strategies, etc.; learn about payroll schedules and payroll tax withholding; local training area, housing options, apartment complexes and transportation options; meet key contacts and other employees; receive computer training on company systems; receive orientation to local community including cultural centers, volunteer opportunities, local sporting events, and entertainment venues. Orientation is scheduled to take up to one month and takes places concurrently with the first phase of training. Department: Food and Beverage Position: Introduction to Food and Beverage Duration: 1 month Job Description: During the Introduction to Food & Beverage phase, the intern will learn and apply Meadowood Napa Valley's service standards while gaining foundational exposure to Food & Beverage operations within the Napa Valley wine country market. This phase establishes expectations for guest service, professionalism, and operational consistency, serving as the baseline for future outlet rotations. Department: Food and Beverage Position: Food & Beverage Operations Duration: 6 months Job Description: During Phase three, the Food & Beverage Intern will actively participate in daily operations across multiple Food & Beverage outlets, applying previously learned service fundamentals in a functional, guest -facing environment. The intern will rotate through Forum, Terrace Café, In -Room Dining and Banquet operations supporting teams in a variety of entry -level roles such as Host/Hostess, Restaurant Server, Luxury Beverage and Private Dining operations focused on skill development, service execution, and operational consistency. Department: Food and Beverage Position: Food & Beverage Skills Implementation Duration: 4.5 months Job Description: In the Final Phase, the Food & Beverage Intern will apply previously acquired skills by independently supporting daily operations within a designated Food & Beverage outlet. The intern will operate with increased responsibility, performing assigned duties with minimal supervision while maintaining Meadowood Napa Valley's service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements<\/h3>
- you are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry
<\/div>
- you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) 
<\/div>
- you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
<\/div>
- you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
