Waiter

Job Summary

We're a modern Korean BBQ and Korean pub bringing together premium grilled meats, authentic Korean flavors, craft drinks, and an energetic dining experience. We are looking for friendly, hardworking team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about Korean BBQ, food, and beverages.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Monitor grills, replace grill grates when needed, and assist guests with the Korean BBQ dining experience when appropriate.
• Ensure tables remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Korean BBQ or full-service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift to 30 pounds.
