What You'll Do
- Greet and seat guests, providing warm, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, answer questions about our dishes and sushi offerings, and make recommendations
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation
- Maintain knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Attend to guest needs with professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a server or in fine dining service (preferred)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
