About the Role:

In this guest-facing role, you will deliver friendly and attentive food and beverage service, helping our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and assisting them with menu selections.
• Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Providing information about menu items and communicating dietary requirements and allergies to the appropriate team.
• Preparing tables and service stations and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
• Coordinating with the Kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Checking guest satisfaction and responding promptly to requests.
• Processing bills accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.

About You:

• Minimum one year of food and beverage service experience in a hotel.
• A friendly, guest-oriented approach and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Good communication skills and a good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
