Communicate with guest when they enter and with orderingoptions. Assist guests to complete orders onkiosks. Assist guests (especially parents with young kids) in finding a table. proactively approach families tooffer assistance. Make kids feel important-greet/have conversations with them. Communicate with restaurant team toprovide feedback and recommendations on improving the guest experience.Confidently handle guest concerns. Ensure that the lobby is clean, cleaningtables and floors in the lobby Cleaning restrooms and making sure restrooms arestocked with soap and tissue Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
