We’re seeking experienced bartenders and waitstaff who thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively within a small team. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks during evening and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive atmosphere and maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
Take and process customer orders accurately
Prepare and serve drinks according to standards
Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Set up and maintain clean table settings
Handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
Server Alcohol License and TIPS Certification
Knowledge of mixology and food and beverage service
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Strong customer communication and teamwork skills
Effective time management abilities
