We’re hiring reliable and energetic Waitstaff / Banquet Servers to provide excellent service in both event and dining facility settings. This role includes serving food and beverages at banquets, as well as supporting cafeteria-style service—taking orders, restocking, and delivering food within the building.


You’ll help create a positive guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service and working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly.


The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team. Applicants should be hard-working, fast on their feet, coachable, quality-oriented, and willing to learn. A positive  attitude, with the ability to maintain focus and effective communication skills. Ideal candidate has open availability with RELIABLE transportation and a working cellphone at all times. MUST have HEP A verification ready.



What You’ll Do: 

  1.  Arrive at assigned location on-time and ready to work  
  2.  Ensure a quality dining experience for guests  
  3.  Communicate any special requests to the chef  
  4. Serve meals 
  5.  Prepare dining area as needed  
  6. Maintain a clean environment  
  7. Complete other tasks as assigned  


Skills: 

  1. Can understand and follow basic set ups  
  2. Has knowledge of basic safety procedures  
  3. Able to work within a budgeted time frame  
  4. Has ability to interact effectively with clientele  
  5. Suitable for banquet and plated meals  
  6. Able to follow directions but will need directions  
  7. Will require intermittent supervision by management or department head  
  8. Must be at least 18 years old
