Key Responsibilities

• Advise guests on IHOP menu entrees and current promotions with a warm, enthusiastic approach
• Take accurate orders at the table and serve food and beverages promptly
• Greet guests and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated
• Clean and prepare tables and dining areas to maintain a pleasant atmosphere
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
• Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, motivated team
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of sections, tableware, and work areas

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full-service restaurants preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and nights
• High school diploma or equivalent
