Waitstaff - FT

We’re looking for personable, dependable Waitstaff to deliver exceptional service and create meaningful interactions with residents every day. This role is essential in building a welcoming environment and ensuring every dining experience reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guests
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
• Build genuine relationships with residents, creating a warm and engaging dining experience
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after meal service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining teams to ensure smooth, timely service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Support special events, catering, and themed dining experiences

Preferred

• Previous server, waitstaff, or customer service experience
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or restaurant environments

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy dining environment
