What You'll Do

As a Waitstaff team member, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience by:

• Greeting and serving residents with kindness and professionalism
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Delivering meals promptly and efficiently
• Setting and clearing dining tables
• Keeping dining areas clean and inviting
• Working closely with teammates to provide excellent service
• Helping residents feel welcomed, valued, and cared for every day

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with older adults and providing exceptional customer service
• Is friendly, dependable, and positive
• Can stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates well with residents, families, and coworkers
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Follows company dress code and safety standards
• Handles concerns professionally and respectfully

Restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train someone with a great attitude and a heart for serving others.
