Location: Fargo–West Fargo Area, North Dakota
Salary: $55,000–$75,000, depending on experience

An established funeral home in eastern North Dakota is urgently seeking a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer.

Candidates with 2–30 years of experience will be considered. The firm is more concerned with personality, teamwork, and office culture than a specific number of years in the profession.

Compensation and Benefits

• $55,000–$75,000, depending on experience
• Employee health insurance paid by the employer
• 401(k) with a 3% company match
• One on-call night per week
• Every other weekend off
• Three-day weekends on scheduled weekends off
• Flexible, family-friendly work environment
• Relocation assistance may be considered

Qualifications

• Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer
• Strong communication and family-care skills
• Comfortable assisting with arrangements, services, embalming, and preparation
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Willing to relocate or commute to the Fargo–West Fargo area
