Starting Wage $20.35 per hours with increases at 6 months and 1 year
Job Responsibilities
Perform essential processing tasks as part of the turkey harvest operation in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment
Handle product in accordance with quality, food safety, and animal welfare standards throughout the production process
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds
Perform repetitive motion with a knife or tool
Able to twist, turn or bend throughout 8 - 10 hour shift
Work in temperatures ranging from 60 - 90 degrees
Work well in group
Able to stand on concrete floors for long durations of time
