The position involves performing field inspections, monitoring construction compliance, testing aggregates, asphalt, and base materials, and preparing electronic reports. Candidates must hold certifications in Aggregate, Asphalt I, Embankment & Base, and In-Place Density, with preferred certifications including ACI, Nuclear Gauge Safety, and ICC certifications. Requirements include a professional attitude, excellent time management, ability to use mobile devices, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and maneuver materials.
