Evening Shift position available Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, page calls, deliver messages to residents, take messages,
- Maintain Daily Census Report.
- Maintain an up to date roster of residents.
- Keep copies of forms stocked and make/request copies as necessary.
- Maintain a daily employee tardy and absentee log.
- Contact employees regarding changes in work schedule upon request by nursing supervision.
- Assist in finding a replacement for an employee in the event of an absentee employee.
- Maintain a professional attitude with staff, residents, family and visitors.
- Monitor doors for entry/exit of visitors and residents.
- Answer resident call bell system.
- Document appropriately resident Leave of Absence forms.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by immediate supervisor.
- Every other weekend required
