Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to help create magical guest experiences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and team-focused Wardrobe & Costumer Associate to help keep our Model Citizens and performers looking their best!


The ideal candidate will have basic clothing laundering skills and be comfortable handling and cleaning soiled costumes, uniforms, and towels. They should be able to work independently, while also collaborating with the team when needed. Flexibility is important, including availability for a potential schedule of Thursday through Saturday from 3:30 PM to approximately 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As part of our Entertainment team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the look and feel of our park through wardrobe and costume care:

  • Issue uniforms to LEGOLAND® and Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida employees
  • Track garment issuance and returns using our computer system
  • Maintain organized wardrobe inventory and report stock gaps
  • Handle incoming laundry from entertainment venues efficiently
  • Wash, dry, fold, and store uniforms, costumes, and towels
  • Support show and character costume setup
  • Perform basic costume repairs (hemming, hand sewing, etc.)
  • Keep wardrobe and costume areas clean, organized, and efficient
  • Deliver friendly, helpful service to all team members

Shift & Role Details

  • Must be available for afternoon and night shifts
  • Comfortable working independently during night operations
  • Strong team collaboration required during afternoon shifts
  • Initial focus: Nightly waterpark towel laundry operations
  • Training path:
    • Start with Uniform Operations
    • Cross-train into Costume Care & Special Event Support

Qualifications & Experience:

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic laundry skills (including handling soiled items like costumes, uniforms, and towels)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage with minimal supervision
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude

Skills & Experience

  • Basic sewing skills required (hemming, hand stitching)
  • Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus
  • Previous experience in wardrobe, costuming, or laundry operations is preferred (theme park, theater, hotel, or resort), but not required
  • Computer proficiency and basic math skills
