JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting all employees and fitting them in proper uniforms.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Must greet all employees with a positive attitude in a courteous manner.

• Responsible for filling out proper forms when issuing uniforms to employees. Must make sure all forms are signed and dated and filed in the correct place.

• Conduct fitting on all employees by measuring for a proper fit and labeling every garment.

• Responsible for hemming and altering any or all uniforms after fitting is completed.

• Responsible for mending all issued uniforms as needed to ensure that the life of the uniforms is extended as much as possible.

• When incoming stock arrives must count each garment and compare it to the invoice for proper billing.

• Place all incoming stock in proper place for distribution.

• Assist Wardrobe Manager in inventory count at the end of each year.

• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner always.

• Responsible for all upholstering on property.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a wardrobe or related position which includes knowledge of alterations to clothing.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment

GAMING

Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
