Packer - Full-Time (2nd & 3rd Shifts)

Location: Prescott, WI

Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour + Shift Differential

Shift & Compensation

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday (2pm - 10pm) $18.25/hr

3rd Shift - Monday - Friday (10pm - 6am) $18.40/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all products according to company procedures and timelines.

• Pull and retain samples for quality assurance testing.

• Complete accurate and legible paperwork on time.

• Communicate all product nonconformities to the Operator.

• Adhere strictly to all food safety standards and practices, including product, facility, and personal requirements.

• Follow production schedules and ensure packaging materials (boxes and cores) are ready at all times.

• Package all finished products according to specified procedures.

• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of production areas, ensuring scrap and trash are properly managed.

• Attend all required meetings and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Basic reading and writing skills in English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic mathematics skills, including the ability to read a tape measure.

• Basic computer skills (familiarity with keyboard, mouse, and basic functions).

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to stand the majority of the workday.

• Able to perform repetitive job functions, including hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
