About the Role:

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate supporting inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for counting and verifying inventory items, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Success in this position means accurately managing inventory data, collaborating with team members, and contributing to efficient daily operations. This position is vital for ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Count inventory items accurately and efficiently using manual counting tools
• Verify inventory quantities and conditions to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with safety standards
• Follow safety procedures during physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and pulling
• Assist with inventory reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy
• Support warehouse team in daily operations to meet performance targets
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory data
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
• Lift and handle inventory items weighing up to 40 lbs as needed
• Participate in inventory counts and verifications with attention to detail
• Adhere to safety and safety protocols during all physical tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capacity to bend, twist, and pull during physical tasks
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic English and math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
