Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (increase to $20.00 upon hire on)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Admin / Data Entry Associate to join a South Reno warehouse team. This role combines administrative/data entry responsibilities with general warehouse support duties. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to assist with inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training is required.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and warehouse systems
• Prepare reports and update documentation for inventory and receiving operations
• Conduct physical inventory counts and assist with inventory audits
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical inventory
• Receive and process incoming materials and shipments
• Support warehouse organization, staging, and general warehouse duties
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding inventory updates
• Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and recordkeeping as needed
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Resume required
• Previous administrative, data entry, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong Excel and computer skills required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and work on feet for the majority of the shift
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Warehouse experience preferred
