We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse and office operations through administrative and order-processing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Assist with customer order processing and documentation
- Enter customer sales orders accurately
- Reconcile sales and purchasing paperwork
- Process inventory control documentation
- Support customer service and warehouse teams as needed
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse administrative experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and presentation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
