Warehouse Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role provides administrative and operational support for purchasing, inventory management, procurement, scheduling, and supply room functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Review invoices, receiving paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracy

  • Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors, plant personnel, and corporate teams

  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders

  • Monitor inventory levels and support procurement activities

  • Track and expedite deliveries of goods and services

  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with annual inventories

  • Support procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room operations as needed

  • Process paperwork accurately and maintain compliance with company policies

  • Assist with process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred

  • 0–3 years of related experience

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office required, SAP experience preferred

  • Intermediate math and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the workday

  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
