Manage agendas/appointments Oversee all Load Out/Load In of all orders. Check for damaged or missing items upon return and update inventory accordingly. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Create and update records and databases related to inventory Assist colleagues whenever necessary Qualifications High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Teams) Previous Administrative Experience preferred Tipped Position This position does not earn tips
