Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations and Distribution Supervisor oversees the operations at both on-property and off-property distribution centers. They are responsible for coordinating with warehouse associates and delivery drivers to manage daily work activities, organize delivery schedules, and ensure the efficient movement of goods to various outlets. This role also entails maintaining cleanliness, overseeing product storage and rotation, and collaborating with receiving coordinators to inspect incoming deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse team and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize delivery schedules for on-property and off-property locations
• Ensure efficient movement of goods through distribution areas
