Pay: $25/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

As a Warehouse and Inventory Associate, you'll play a vital role in managing equipment assets and supporting technical operations. You'll work closely with the Site Technical Manager to ensure smooth handling of inventory, sales, and operational tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the site.

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse and Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Inventorying, documenting, and assessing fixed-asset equipment for sale, re-deployment, or disposal.
• Verifying asset conditions, specifications, and usage histories with technical staff.
• Maintaining accurate records of asset status, location, and readiness for sale.
• Researching market values and potential buyers for surplus equipment in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinating equipment listings, outreach, and communication with brokers, buyers, and auction platforms.
• Arranging inspection appointments, pickup logistics, and handling necessary documentation for sales.
• Assisting the Site Technical Manager with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of maintenance or technical projects.
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and asset-tracking documents.
• Managing vendor communication, quotes, and purchase requests.
• Providing general administrative and operational support as needed.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience with equipment inventory, asset management, or in industrial/technical environments (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with vendors and buyers.
• Ability to understand basic equipment specifications and assess conditions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and online sales platforms.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
