Job Description

Key Requirements:
- Must have previous warehouse and logistics management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, order processing, and logistics.
- Experience supervising and managing approximately 10 warehouse employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, establish workflows, and meet productivity and customer service goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide effective written and verbal feedback.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and commercial transportation regulations, particularly for interstate operations.
- Understanding of interstate shipping requirements, as the company operates across Mississippi and Alabama and maintains a USDOT number.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee the operation of Freightliner trucks.
- Experience processing tickets and customer invoices.
- Familiarity with HVAC supplies and equipment is relevant to the company's warehouse operations.
Shifts:
- Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- Must be flexible with working hours based on operational demands.
- Operations may begin as early as 3:00 AM and may run until approximately 4:30 PM, depending on business needs.
