As a Warehouse and Production Laborer, you'll support day-to-day warehouse and production operations. You'll work closely with supervisors and the production team to deliver results that keep materials flowing and equipment running safely.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse and Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Operate equipment including forklift, band saw, panel saw, cranes, and extruder
- Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform routine pre- and post-inspections to help ensure forklift and equipment are in suitable working condition
- Organize and secure product for safe handling and transport
- Complete general clean-up tasks to keep the work area safe and production-ready
- Clean and Maintain Equipment
- Problem solve
- Adhere to Safety Procedures
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate a Forklift, pallet jack, bandsaw, and panel saw.
- Equipment maintenance experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs (lifting, bending, pushing, or pulling
- Basic math skills for measuring and recording production data.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment while following instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment, ability to develop and implement complex procedures from general instructions and to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Steel toed shoes or shoes that meet ASTM F2413-1
