Are you dependable, organized, and ready to play an important role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Technimark is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and production supply needs.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure materials arrive on time, inventory is properly tracked, customer shipments go out as scheduled, and production has the supplies it needs to keep running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Shipping & Receiving

• Coordinate daily shipments to support on-time delivery to customers and vendors.
• Prepare shipping schedules, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.
• Contact freight carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Receive incoming materials, equipment, and supplies, verifying deliveries against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Safely load outgoing shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Drive a company truck for local transportation runs between plant locations.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including product and material lot numbers.
• Store finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and supplies according to established procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate transfers of finished goods and raw materials between plant locations.
• Complete shipping, receiving, warehouse, and raw material records, along with month-end reports.

Production Support

• Mix required materials and stage raw materials, packaging, and supplies for production.
• Ensure production teams have the materials needed to maintain continuous operations.
• Help resolve material availability issues and report concerns requiring attention.
• Assist with training and other warehouse activities as needed.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain clean, organized, and orderly warehouse areas.
• Follow all company safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and established work procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform duties in accordance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or the ability to meet company forklift certification requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Ability to organize materials, follow established procedures, and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping, and teamwork.
• Ability to meet the requirements for the position’s required health certificate.

Work Schedule

Schedule: 12-hour 2/2/3 dayshift | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

This rotating schedule typically follows a repeating pattern of two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. The pattern then repeats.

Candidates should be comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
