About the Opportunity
Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Appliance Associates for a growing warehouse operation in the Richfield area. If you enjoy hands-on work, like staying active, and are interested in learning basic repair skills, this is a great opportunity to build experience with a company that will train you for advancement and growth within their operation.
No previous appliance repair experience is required; you will be provided with the training you need to succeed.
Shift
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime available every other Saturday.
Pay
$18.60 /hr.
Responsibilities
- Clean appliances before and after the repair process
- Remove products from shipping cartons for inspection
- Move appliances throughout the warehouse using a dolly
- Assist with basic repairs and part replacements (paid training provided)
- Wrap and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, and move regularly throughout shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
