• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Every Other Wednesday
• Every Other Wednesday + Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• 6 AM - 5:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and accurately measure materials.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Willingness to learn entry-level carpentry and manufacturing processes.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, truss building, or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or building materials is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties

• Build wall panels and roof trusses in a manufacturing production environment.
• Assist with the assembly and fabrication of construction components according to specifications.
• Learn and apply entry-level carpentry skills through on-the-job training.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects from concept through final production.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Warehouse Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling products according to engineering specifications and production requirements. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
