Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
OR
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Interview: Teams Virtual
Education: High School Diploma/GED

Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate will perform shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling activities within a Distribution Center at 25 Bacon Road in Enfield, CT. This position requires physical warehouse work, accurate inventory processing, computer skills, and the ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and riding pallet jacks.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Process UPS and LTL shipments by selecting products from pick tickets, palletizing and packing products, and completing required shipping documentation.
- Receive incoming products by counting and matching product quantities, entering receipts into Oracle, and placing products in the proper inventory locations.
- Load and unload trucks using a riding pallet jack while ensuring the correct products are received.
- Ship product sample requests to associates, vendors, and customers.
- Perform inventory and cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, riding pallet jacks, pallet scales, and calculators safely and efficiently.
- Participate in routine warehouse maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow all safety, security, housekeeping, and SHE procedures.
- Report injuries, near misses, hazards, and other safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in team audits to evaluate facility safety compliance.
- Learn new processes and navigate Distribution Center systems as needed.
- Work collaboratively as part of a rotating warehouse team and assist with day-to-day responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Previous inbound/shipping and receiving experience required.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to operate a forklift and riding pallet jack.
- Ability to use pallet scales and a calculator.
- Basic computer/PC skills.
- Ability to learn new processes and use warehouse/distribution systems.
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, packing, and material handling.
