MSP Data Systems is an established enterprise computer hardware distributor based in Longwood, Florida. For more than 21 years, we have specialized in data center hardware including servers, hard drives, memory, networking equipment, and computer accessories.

We ship computer hardware to customers throughout the United States and internationally.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for preparing computer hardware orders for shipment, receiving incoming inventory, packing products safely, and creating shipping labels for domestic and international orders.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare computers, servers, computer parts, and accessories for shipment
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Create shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and DHL
• Process domestic and international shipments
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean warehouse workspace
• Use Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office for basic warehouse and shipping tasks
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or similar experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Windows
• Comfortable learning shipping software and warehouse procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team

Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or international shipping is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person – Longwood, FL
