Are you organized, dependable, and looking to support a fast-paced home services team? Heritage Home Services is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Parts Runner to help keep our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations running efficiently.

At Heritage, you''ll play a key role in warehouse organization, inventory management, job staging, and delivering parts and equipment to technicians and job sites. If you enjoy staying active, supporting a team, and making a direct impact on daily operations, we''d love to hear from you.

Your Role

• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Run parts, materials, and equipment to job sites
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and job sites
• Stage installation jobs for technician pickup or delivery
• Assist with company vehicle maintenance logistics as needed
• Support installers, technicians, and the daily replenishment process
• Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset

What We''re Looking For

• Warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 / hour
