Warehouse Assistant

ATA is seeking a reliable Pharmacy Warehouse Assistant to support the New Mexico Department of Health Pharmacy Wholesale Distribution Warehouse. This position will help maintain inventory and fulfill medication and supply orders that support more than 40 Public Health offices, provider sites, and opioid prevention sites throughout New Mexico.

• Pay: $25/hour – Weekly Pay
• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
• Assignment: September 8, 2026–January 15, 2027
• Location: Santa Fe, NM
• Work Environment: Combination office and warehouse setting

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize inventory
• Pull medication and supply orders
• Pack and ship orders
• Assist with warehouse inventory preparation
• Assist with SHARE financial tasks; training will be provided
• File and maintain records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in an office/warehouse environment
• Ability to climb ladders and frequently lift, lower, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working with computers and visual display terminals (VDTs)
• Ability to follow established inventory, warehouse, and medication-handling procedures
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
