Benefits:The Warehouse Assistant is a junior, hands-on Operations position responsible for helping keep our
inventory, warehouse, trucks, and event deliveries organized, accurate, clean, and event-ready.This position reports directly to the
Inventory Coordinator and provides daily support with inventory management, product care, fleet readiness, picking and staging, loading and unloading, and warehouse organization.
The Warehouse Assistant will also regularly participate in
deliveries, on-site event setups, and strikes as needed.
This is a junior-level position, but
attention to detail is critical. The right person must be able to accurately count inventory, recognize damage or quality issues, follow established procedures, take direction, and communicate problems immediately.
The goal is to develop a dependable Operations team member who can be given an assignment and trusted that
it will be completed correctly, completely, and on time.
