Pay & Schedule

1st Shift

• $20.00/hour

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• $21.50/hour ($20.00 base + $1.50 shift differential)

• Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM

Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily distribution center operations, including order picking, packing, shipping and receiving, material handling, forklift operation, and general warehouse organization. Associates must be comfortable working in multiple warehouse areas and adjusting responsibilities based on daily operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and put away materials accurately.

• Operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts.

• Load and unload materials while ensuring products are protected from damage.

• Support small parcel, UPS, shipping, receiving, and dock operations.

• Process inbound and outbound shipment documentation.

• Receive and process UPS shipments and returned goods.

• Read routing sheets and follow written and verbal work instructions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S practices.

• Follow all company safety policies and participate in required safety meetings.

• Assist in different warehouse areas based on workload and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience required.

• 1–2 years of hands-on cherry picker and reach truck forklift experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Current warehouse equipment or forklift certification is a plus.

• Experience with Blue Yonder software preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing assignments, schedule adjustments, and overtime as needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.

• Ability to frequently bend, twist, push, pull, carry, and lift 10–50 pounds.
