This position plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations through shipping, receiving, inventory control, material transfers, and order preparation.We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand warehouse safety procedures, and can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.Minimum QualificationsMust have at least 1 year of recent warehouse experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counting preferredExperience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers preferredBasic computer and data entry skills requiredExperience using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferredMust be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety consciousKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, package, and stage materials for outbound shippingReceive, inspect, document, and unload inbound deliveriesLabel incoming inventory and submit required quality control samplesTransfer, organize, and store materials in assigned warehouse locationsPerform cycle counts and inventory audits using barcode scanners and inventory softwareReport damaged, impaired, short, or excess inventory immediatelyOperate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed to support operationsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftMust be able to lift and move materials up to 50 poundsAbility to work in warehouse conditions including temperature changes, noise, and industrial environmentsBenefits401(k)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffWhy Join Jetpack?Jetpack Shipping offers stable full-time employment, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding operation.
