What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:- Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and assist with assigning work based on production schedules and customer demand
- Support shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management, and work order completion
- Train team members on warehouse equipment, software systems, and operational processes as needed
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
- Communicate order changes, inventory concerns, and scheduling updates to ensure customer expectations are met
- Identify operational bottlenecks and provide hands-on support where needed
- Follow and promote all quality, safety, and warehouse procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software systems
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to the Dodge Center area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required #NEjobhunt
