Warehouse Associate (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Seymour, Indiana team on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting production, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations within a regulated cGMP manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the safe handling, movement, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
This role helps keep the heartbeat of the facility moving. Every pallet staged correctly, every shipment documented accurately, every raw material received and controlled properly helps ensure quality products reach customers and patients around the world.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming raw materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentation
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling; document and communicate discrepancies or freight claims
- Assign and apply internal Codis control numbers to incoming materials
- Maintain quarantine and released inventory status in accordance with QA procedures and cGMP requirements
- Accurately document inventory transactions and material movements within warehouse systems and logs
- Pull and stage raw materials for production according to batch records and manufacturing schedules
- Store raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and truck loading
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and customer requirements
- Assist with export shipments and sample order fulfillment as needed
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and inspection readiness at all times
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety procedures, and cGMP regulations
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory control activities
- Support cross-functional teamwork with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Purchasing departments
- Train and assist less experienced team members as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret bills of lading, shipping paperwork, and inventory documentation
- Basic computer and inventory system skills preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Ability to safely lift and move materials with appropriate equipment assistance
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a willingness to support team and production goals

- Regular use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
