What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:- Unpack products from large shipping cartons
- Assemble product components according to established procedures
- Attach bolts and additional components as required
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Repackage completed products into distribution-ready cartons
- Follow assembly and quality standards throughout the process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Experience in warehouse, production, assembly, or distribution environments preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday
