Warehouse Associate I – 2nd Shift

Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to assist with sales order picking and general warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and transporting products while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and retrieve products according to sales orders and pick tickets
• Transport picked products to the appropriate shipping station
• Repack and weigh orders as needed
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, push carts, and hand trucks
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
• Label and organize storage areas
• Maintain accurate documentation and enter information into computer systems
• Follow company procedures, safety practices, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and supply areas
• Monitor supply levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Report equipment, maintenance, and safety issues to management
• Keep work areas free of hazardous materials
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, pull, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to climb stairs to access storage racks
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of push carts, hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks

Work Details

• Full-time, 2nd shift position
• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• May occasionally require working more than 8 hours in a day
• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor
• No supervisory responsibilities
