Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift
Compensation: $17.83/hr base pay + $2.00/hr temporary shift differential ($19.83/hr total)
Shift/Working Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Overtime hours are 4:00 pm to 1:30 am, plus Saturday overtime (4:00 pm to 12:30 am) and potential Sunday overtime.
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution client in Arden to find a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will safely operate material handling equipment to move products, build customer orders, and ensure shipments are prepared accurately in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Build and Prepare Orders: Accurately select, pack, label, and weigh customer orders on a repetitive basis using material handling equipment.
- Load, Unload, and Store: Efficiently move freight and incoming products to designated warehouse storage areas, ensuring neat and orderly stacking.
- Maintain Equipment and Safety: Perform daily safety inspections on equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) while maintaining a clean, secure work area.

If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! - Equipment & Technical Skills: High School Diploma/GED and the ability to operate or train on a forklift, stock picker, reach truck, and pallet jack.
- Physical Capabilities: Capability to stand, walk, work at height elevations, and safely lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Core Competencies: Strong reading and basic math skills, a solid understanding of warehouse safety standards, and adherence to strict attendance and overtime policies.
