Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 pm-8:30 pm
• Flexible to work Mandatory overtime as needed
• Weekly Pay

Job Summary
Exegistics  is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Elgin, IL. This position supports multiple warehouse functions including shipping, inventory binning, product rework, labeling, sorting, packing, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and place merchandise into designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Apply, remove, or replace labels and tickets as needed.
• Repackage merchandise and prepare products for distribution.
• Count and verify inventory quantities to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare, label, seal, and stage outbound shipments.
• Load cartons and completed orders onto outbound trailers safely and efficiently.
• Verify destination labels and shipment routing information.
• Push carts and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, policies, and productivity standards.
• Communicate inventory, quality, or shipment issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, packing, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to push carts and move merchandise throughout the facility.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when required.
