About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a food production company in River Falls, WI. In this role, you’ll support shipping, inventory, and production needs while helping ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently. If you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and staying organized, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate:
  • Pull and stage products accurately using the company’s ERP system
  • Load outbound trailers and support shipping operations
  • Put away inventory and ensure proper product slotting
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Support production by filling ingredient orders
  • Complete logs and communicate issues across shifts
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections (pre- and post-operation)
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Forklift experience desired
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
