Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) - $19.65/HOUR

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a company in Santa Teresa, NM. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by handling materials, preparing orders, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, stock, and inspect cartons, pallets, and parts as assigned to support daily operations.
• Assist with filling, packaging, and preparing customer orders while accurately completing required paperwork.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and deliver materials throughout the facility.
• Support machine operators with various production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping and general clean-up activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and promptly report any malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs to the Supervisor or Lead.
• Assist with training new team members and provide guidance when requested.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow established safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust.
• Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
