Our client, a stable Verdi manufacturer, is hiring Forge Press Operators for 2nd shift with hands-on training provided. No forging experience required: if you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn, they'll teach you the trade and give you a temp-to-hire path to a long-term career.

What You'll Do
- Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment
- Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers
- Operate trim presses and other equipment as trained
- Perform visual inspections and basic measurements for quality
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Work with your team to hit daily production goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred — not required
