In This Role, You'll: + Order Selector + Use Vocollect headsets to accurately pick orders based on voice instructions. Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged. + Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets. + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. + Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (34-36-degree temps) **No MHE experience required. (Part time and full-time positions available) What You'll Bring: + General Warehouse Experience - 1 Year Preferred + Possess reading and basic math skills. + Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying 50-pound objects + Availability to work scheduled shifts - this includes nights, weekends, and holidays. + Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (zero to -10 or 34-36 degree temps) + Training or Experience on required MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Electric pallet, Standup forklift, etc Pay & Benefits: + Pay is $26.13/hr. + Weekly Pay + Benefits within 30 days of employment for you and the family! + Company provided uniform, includes work boots. + Work for an industry leading coffee company + People First Based Culture + Grow your career- become our next leader At GSF, we believe that investing in our associates strengthens our culture and fuels our growth.
