As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by efficiently packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. Youll be an essential part of a dedicated team focused on safety, quality, and teamwork, helping to keep the production line running smoothly and on schedule.
What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Safely and accurately packing products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Conducting quality inspections of items, identifying defects, and reporting issues promptly.
- Properly labeling packages and completing all shipping documentation efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a productive work environment.
- Following safety protocols and adhering to all company policies for a safe workplace.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
- No prior experience requiredtraining will be provided, but warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks consistently throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and safety.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Availability to work the full scheduled hours on a 4/10 shift.
